Register for to attend the ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Certificate class & exam. Date: October 3rd, 2022. Time: 8:30am - 4:00pm Location: 146 Maple Street Ave, Lexington, MA 02420 Lexington Public Schools Administrative Office (Gym) Registration includes textbook, review class, and exam. Plan for 2 short breaks and 30 minutes for lunch on your own. Participants are expected to read textbook before attending class. Exam results will be provided via email approximately 10 days after exam. *Must bring a government issued photo ID to class and to take exam. Registration will not be refunded if you forget an ID. Once registered, ServSafe textbooks can be picked up at the Lexington Health Department 1625 Massachusetts Ave Lexington, MA 02420.
